Health Tips for the Holiday Season
It’s December, which means it’s my favorite time of year! For starters, my birthday is tomorrow! Plus, I love the festivities that surround the holiday season. Between party-attending, house-decorating, present-buying, and celebration planning, there is also a LOT going on for many of us right now. As a yoga teacher, you’re usually in the camp of getting to take some welcome time off, or in the camp of picking up everybody else’s classes and working a hectic schedule!
That’s why I’ve got something special for you today. Over the next four weeks, I’ll be releasing a video series, Health Tips for Yoga Teachers that I filmed with fellow teacher and holistic health coach Sara Biondello of Sara Bee Holistic Health.
