My story probably starts a lot like yours.

I’ve got the moment where I took the yoga class that would change the course of my life forever.

I’ve got the passionate but enduring love affair with the practice.

And I’ve got the decision to share yoga with the world by becoming a teacher.

I was living as an actor in New York City at the time, and I remember saying to myself “I need to do something that fills my cup every single day.” Teaching yoga was that something.

The more I taught yoga, the more I thought about yoga, and I started digging deep, on and off the mat.

As part of my journey, I started working with some incredible coaches:  health coaches, life coaches, business coaches. Before I knew it, I was using the yoga practice and the tools I learned through coaching to help others find their own transformations. I was ready to take this work to the world and make a difference in people’s lives.

And when I thought about who I could help the most, I thought about yoga teachers.

Yoga teachers are some of my favorite people in the world. They’re thoughtful, curious, and generous of spirit. They’ve got a wanderlust that leads them to interesting and unexpected places.
